Rowan Abdelwahab
Rowan Abdelwahab is a Geriatric Medicine Advanced Trainee with clinical experience at Prince of Wales Hospital and a research affiliation with the Australian Dementia Network (ADNeT). She is actively engaged in teaching junior medical staff and has led several quality improvement initiatives throughout her training. Rowan’s current focus is on research into the timely diagnosis of Alzheimer’s dementia, and she recently presented her findings at the 2025 Australian Dementia Research Forum. Passionate about advancing dementia care, she is committed to translating evidence into meaningful clinical practice.
